Job summary
Ipsum is seeking a Survey Data Team Leader to guide a specialist team in processing survey and asset data accurately and efficiently. Reporting to the Technical Coordinator, you will oversee data validation, reporting, GIS and CCTV data management, while supporting continuous improvement and team development.
The role requires strong data analysis, leadership and communication skills, with experience in GIS and asset management systems.
Qualifications
- Organised and analytical leader with experience managing survey, asset or operational data.
- Experience in data analysis and data management.
- Knowledge of CCTV data and asset management systems.
- Advanced GIS skills, including MapInfo and InfoNet.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a Survey Data team.
- Manage the receipt, processing and delivery of survey data.
- Monitor workflows and maintain project records.
- Prepare reports and client deliverables.
- Use Excel, GIS, CCTV and asset management systems.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks.
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies.
- Support planning, scheduling and documentation activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
