Job summary

The Survey Association is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead surveying projects, coordinating teams and ensuring client satisfaction. You will drive delivery from enquiry through final delivery, maintain budgets and deliver high-quality results on time.

You will mentor staff, support training, and collaborate with senior management to hit revenue and profit targets while upholding professional and client-focused standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within surveying or geospatial environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-relations abilities.
• Budgeting, scheduling and risk management experience.
• Ability to mentor and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage project teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to reports.
• Support induction, training and development of team members.
• Mentor Senior Surveyors in planning, estimating and quotations.
• Provide performance feedback for probation and PDRs.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and engagement.
