Job summary

SER Limited is recruiting Building Services Engineers for full-time, permanent roles across Marlow, High Wycombe, Slough, Reading and Guildford (no London work).

The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with a strong commercial Building Services Maintenance background and hold at least an NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical or Mechanical qualification plus a full UK driving licence. Responsibilities include AHU maintenance, water flushing, light testing and plant room checks in regional sites.

• Based in a commutable location to the above areas.
• Full UK driving licence.
• City & Guilds/NVQ Mechanical or Electrical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey regions.
• Carry out AHU maintenance, water flushing, light testing, and plant room maintenance.
• Conduct compliance checks and ensure service standards.

Job Description

We are looking for a number of Building Services Engineers for full time, permanent positions covering the above areas.

These Building Services Engineers need to be Multi Skilled Engineers, dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on a regional basis (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey).

The right people for these positions will already have a strong commercial Building Services Maintenance background. They need to be holding a minimum of an NVQ/ City & Guilds Level 2 Electrical or Mechanical Qualification and have a full UK driving licence.

The role will include Ahu maintenance, Water Flushing, Light testing, Plant room maintenance, Compliance checks etc.

This Engineer will be based regional so will not be going into London.
