Formación

• Foundation Level Degree: Nursing Associate Qualification.
• GCSE English and Maths or Level 2 in Maths and English.
• Current UK professional registration or eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Admit and discharge patients as per care plans under supervision.
• Provide and monitor care and escalate priorities as needed.
• Assist in developing and evaluating care/treatment plans.
• Coordinate safe admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Support teamwork with Registered Nurse and care staff.
