Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Recognised management qualification (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience of NHS or comparable complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across Surgical Services, ensuring safe and efficient patient care.
• Lead service performance, development and transformation; manage budgets and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver operational and financial targets.
• Support service improvement and cross-site collaboration; deputise for the General Manager when required.
