You will work with clinical and nursing leaders to ensure safe, effective and financially sustainable patient care.

You will lead operational performance, service improvement, workforce planning and financial management, using data to support decision-making, drive transformation and elective recovery,

Qualifications

• Significant operational or business management experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead change and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with service performance and budget management.
