The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby are the ideal locations.

Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.

Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager manages all elements of the sales cycle. This includes setting objectives, planning sales activities, implementing strategies, reviewing results, and adjusting plans accordingly.

The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision-makers, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise within the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote, demonstrate, and sell a range of spine products to NHS and private hospitals.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical settings.
  • Conduct product trials and evaluations to drive sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support customer acquisition efforts.
  • Develop and implement an effective sales business plan independently.
  • Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock, within the sales area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers, including surgeons and hospital staff.
  • Organize and conduct training workshops for surgical and theatre staff.
  • Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market conditions.
  • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders in the territory.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with ethics and legal standards.
  • Liaise with other company functions to meet sales objectives.
  • Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
  • Perform other relevant duties as required.
