Job summary

CMR Surgical Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive Versius adoption across NHS and private sector accounts, from engagement through implementation.

You’ll need OR experience, strong stakeholder management, and robust project leadership, with willingness to travel across the UK to support customers and milestones.

The role offers a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment with a focus on delivering patient outcomes and advancing surgical robotics across clinical sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Operating Room or selling to NHS/private sector of surgical equipment or related clinical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and commercial understanding.
• Highly motivated, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Experience in robotic surgery or MAS is desirable.
• Willingness to travel across the UK, with some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive the utilisation of Versius across accounts and ensure hospitals have access to the latest technology.
• Lead clinical growth from installation to ongoing sales and upgrades within partnerships.
• Open opportunities for capital sales teams to sell additional Versius.
• Support implementation for new accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide first-class support to HCPs, engineering teams and CSSD.
• Plan and coordinate implementation to meet project phases on time and budget.
• Provide case support and troubleshooting in operating rooms for trained teams.
• Support sales and management with planning, forecasting and activity tracking (Salesforce).
• Participate in educational, marketing and sales events.
