Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced nurse to join the Surgical Pre-Assessment Team at St. Bartholomew's Hospital in London. You will work with Surgeons and MDT members to ensure safe and compassionate patient experience while preparing patients for Breast, Gynae or Endocrine surgery.

The role offers leadership development, coaching and opportunities to advance clinical knowledge through formal and on-the-job training within a Center of Excellence.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse on the NMC Register.
• IV accreditation and phlebotomy.
• Minimum of 3 years post registration experience including at least 2 years in a surgical ward.
• Specialist Clinical course.
• Prep for mentorship course.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality care to patients undergoing Breast, Gynae or Endocrine Surgery.
• Collaborate with Surgeons, Perioperative Medicine and Senior Nursing Team.
• Engage and prepare patients for pending treatment.
• Contribute to service innovation and patient experience.
