Job summary

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to join the surgical pharmacy team across General Surgery, Urology, Orthopaedics, Plastics and Burns. You will perform medicines reconciliation on admission and discharge, review prescriptions using your prescribing qualification, provide patient counselling and contribute to training of staff.
