The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking an Registered Nurse for our Day Case Wards. This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role offers a salary up to £38,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Surgical nursing experience essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, care plans, and observations.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and carers, providing information, reassurance, and emotional support.
• Support patients in understanding their condition, treatments, and recovery processes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality, safe, and efficient care.
• Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks in line with hospital procedures.
