Barratt Redrow is seeking a Group Customer Care Surge Coordinator to support Divisional Customer Care teams with flexible, group-level assistance. You will manage customer queries, update the CRM, and coordinate defect resolution across multiple divisions.

The role is nationwide with hybrid working options and a focus on maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction. Strong administrative and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers across assigned developments.
• Respond to customer emails and calls promptly and professionally.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM and keep data up to date.
• Triage and validate customer issues and create cases in the CRM.
• Raise job tasks in CRM and allocate to appropriate resources to resolve defects.
• Source quotations and PO creation for chargeable remedial works.
• Follow up with site teams and suppliers on progress and SLAs.
