Barratt Redrow is seeking a Group Customer Care Surge Coordinator to support Divisional Customer Care teams with flexible, group-level assistance. You will manage customer queries, update the CRM, and coordinate defect resolution across multiple divisions.
The role is nationwide with hybrid working options and a focus on maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction. Strong administrative and communication skills are essential.

The Group Customer Care Surge team operates as a shared resource across the business, enabling Divisions to respond effectively to fluctuating workloads, capacity challenges, and peaks in customer activity. Through skilled administrative and coordination support, the Group Customer Care Surge Coordinator delivers flexible, group-level assistance to Divisional Customer Care teams, ensuring continuity of service, protecting service levels, and supporting Divisions in maintaining high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
Please note this role is designed to be flexible. Responsibilities may evolve over time in line with business needs and the level of support required by Divisional Customer Care teams.
This role is offered on a nationwide basis, with the flexibility to be based at any of our offices nationwide.
