Alongside in Bath is seeking a Supported Housing Worker to provide warm, person‑centred support and hands‑on housing management for people experiencing homelessness. You will help create safe, stable homes and guide clients to move on within agreed timescales.

The role involves on‑call duties, safeguarding, maintaining client records, and working closely with partners to connect clients with the right services. A commitment to equality, inclusion and compassionate support is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the support needs of people facing homelessness.
• Experience working with people with complex needs or challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver personalised support plans and risk assessments.
• Champion safeguarding by following policies and procedures.
• Empower clients with advice, information and access to services.
• Maintain accurate client records using INFORM.
