Job summary

Action for Children is seeking a Supporter Services Officer in Watford to provide an exceptional customer experience for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires proactive engagement to meet targets and KPIs, with involvement in ad-hoc projects to benefit children and young people.

The post offers hybrid working options, a permanent contract, and a 35-hour week, with a salary of £24,600 per annum plus a benefits package supporting staff wellbeing and development.

Supporter Services Officer

Salary: £24,600 per annum.


Location: Watford, Hybrid working with options available.


Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week.
