Salary: £25,949per annum
Contract/Hours:Permanent, Full Time- 37 hours,
Location:Norwich, Norfolk (You will be expected to travel across South Norfolk and City districts).

As a Family Support Worker,you’llbe at the heart of your community, providing essential one to one support andfacilitatingengaging group sessions for families with children agreed 0-5 years old.
You’llconduct early help assessments toidentifyspecific needs and implement goal-orientated support plans to build parental confidence, whilst offering practical guidance on child development and ensure those facing challenges get the right help at the right time.

Norfolk's Early Childhood and Family Service (ECFS)offerssupport to children aged 0-5 years old and their families. The support is provided within group sessions, parenting programmes and through home visits. The service works in partnership with families, other key organisations and provides group activity sessions which cover a variety of topics such as parenting, improving mental health and keeping a child safe.
