Job summary

CALM seeks a proactive Supporter Led Fundraising Champion to inspire and guide supporters in London and beyond. You’ll coach DIY and tribute fundraising, nurture empathy with bereaved supporters, and drive engagement using CRM tools and targeted communications.

You will collaborate with the Fundraising team to reach targets, develop supporter journeys, and deliver a brilliant supporter experience across channels in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Supporter Led fundraising and related workflows.
• Experience delivering excellent supporter care and building relationships.
• Ability to communicate with and support bereaved individuals with empathy and good judgment.
• Experience using CRM databases and fundraising platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide stewardship to supporter led fundraisers and coach ideas to life.
• Develop relationships across DIY, challenges, in memory and other supporter-led fundraising.
• Support with donor journeys, communications and fundraising materials.
• Represent CALM at fundraising activities and events.
• Contribute to strategies to grow income and deepen relationships.
• Collaborate with the Fundraising team to deliver objectives and learnings.
