Job summary

CALM is seeking a Supporter Led Fundraising role in London with hybrid/remote options. You will support and inspire DIY fundraisers, acting as a coaching partner to bring ideas to life and build meaningful connections with CALM.

You will steward supporters, deliver journeys and communications, and contribute to income growth while collaborating across the fundraising team. Calmer, empathetic and data‑driven, you’ll support bereavement journeys with care.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Supporter Led fundraising and donor journeys.
• Experience delivering supporter care and building relationships.
• Empathetic communication with bereaved individuals and sensitive conversations.
• Experience with CRM databases and fundraising platforms.
• Experience meeting financial targets in a fundraising role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Comfort with evolving ways of working and using supporter insights.
• Positive CALM ambassador with charity sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent stewardship to DIY and Supporter Led fundraisers.
• Act as a fundraising coach to help supporters bring ideas to life.
• Develop and deliver supporter journeys and fundraising communications.
• Represent CALM at Supporter Led activities and events.
• Grow income through relationship management and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Fundraising team to deliver objectives.
