Amnesty International UK invites applications for a Supporter Journey Executive to develop and deliver cross-channel fundraising campaigns that deepen supporter engagement and increase income for human rights work.

You'll manage projects from brief to delivery across direct mail, email, telemarketing and digital, using insight and performance analysis to optimise campaigns and build lasting relationships with supporters and partners. Flexible working and a collaborative environment are offered.

Qualifications

Experience designing engaging fundraising campaigns across channels.
Ability to build relationships with colleagues, agencies and external partners.

Understanding supporter journeys and fundraising metrics.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from brief to delivery across direct mail, email, telemarketing and digital channels.
Use insight and performance analysis to optimise campaigns and donor journeys.
Collaborate with AIUK teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive supporter experiences.
Help build long-term relationships with Amnesty's supporters to deepen engagement.
