Qualifications

• Experience with CRM data structures, automation, and logic.
• Ability to design data structures and workflows to maximise supporter data value.
• Experience implementing data quality systems and resolving data issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CRM data ingested is designed and mapped for performance reporting and personalised journeys.
• Develop processes to collect, organize, and store data for accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor data quality within CRM; collaborate to ensure availability and timeliness of data for reporting and journeys.
• Identify root causes of data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
