Job Description:

The Talent Set is working with a health charity to recruit roles within their fundraising team, including:

• Community Engagement Officer

These roles focus on engaging supporters, stewarding donors, promoting campaigns, and enhancing supporter experience.

Supporter Engagement Officer responsibilities include:

• Engaging supporters and fundraisers
• Managing thank yous and impact updates
• Developing the giving pipeline and supporting reporting and planning
• Collaborating with stakeholders

Community Engagement Officer responsibilities include:

• Being the first contact for community fundraisers
• Supporting campaigns and volunteer coordination
• Promoting campaigns to diverse audiences

Shared responsibilities:

• Providing supporter care via various channels
• Maintaining supporter data
• Working with marketing and communications
• Building supporter journeys

Person Specification:

• Experience in supporter care, fundraising, or related skills
