About the Role:
Within our Fundraising Department's Individual Giving Section (IGS), you will work closely with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving to grow our donor base and contribute to an annual fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income.
Your responsibilities include acting as a direct marketing expert, leading cold recruitment campaigns, and shaping new products and acquisition streams. You will oversee planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across online and offline media, ensuring strategic focus and effectiveness. The role also involves managing a seven-figure expenditure budget and leading a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.
