Are you a strategic thinker and dynamic project manager with expertise in direct marketing? Join The Salvation Army as a Supporter Acquisition Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful recruitment campaigns that support our mission!

About the Role:

Within our Fundraising Department's Individual Giving Section (IGS), you'll work with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving to grow our donor base and contribute to an annual fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income.

You’ll act as a direct marketing expert, leading cold recruitment campaigns and developing new products and acquisition streams. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns across online and offline media, ensuring strategic focus and effectiveness. You’ll also manage a seven-figure budget and lead a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.
