Job Description:

Working hours: Minimum of 35 hours per week, with at least 40% of hours worked across each month at our London Headquarters.

Join The Salvation Army as a Supporter Acquisition Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful recruitment campaigns that support our mission!

About the Role:

Within our Fundraising Department's Individual Giving Section (IGS), you'll work closely with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving to grow our donor base and contribute to an annual fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income.

Your responsibilities include leading cold recruitment campaigns, developing new products and acquisition streams, and managing multi-channel campaigns across online and offline media. You will oversee a seven-figure expenditure budget and lead a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.
