Job summary

Compassionate Care Group Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for night shifts to provide high-quality care to clients with mental health needs and learning disabilities. You will support independence, offer companionship, and assist with daily routines in a calm, respectful environment.

You will help with personal care, meals, medication, activities, and transport if needed. Full UK work eligibility and a car/license are essential.

About the Support WorkerRole

As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their independence and quality of life, making a meaningful difference in their daily experiences.

Our clients vary from the elderly to adults with learning difficulties and you will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs.

At the moment the individuals being assessed have diagnosis of

• Mental Health
• EUPD
• Stroke / Brain Injury

The role will be extremely varied, here's a few ideas of what you might get up to:
