SeeAbility is recruiting a Supported Employment Coach to empower people with learning disabilities and autism across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. The role is home-based with travel, offering 37.5 hours per week on a temporary 8-month contract and a salary of £27,000 pro rata per year plus benefits.

You will work with individuals and employers to break down barriers, develop tailored support, and advance inclusive work opportunities within the Ready, Willing & Able program.

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Supported Employment Coach to support people with learning disabilities and autism to achieve their career ambitions. You’ll work closely with individuals and employers to break down barriers and create inclusive workplaces.
