Job summary

Tamfol is seeking an experienced Supported Accommodation Support Worker in Birmingham. You will support residents, manage property inspections, and handle day-to-day administration across multiple sites in Birmingham and Solihull.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year as a Support Worker with vulnerable adults, a full UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle. Travel between properties and safeguarding awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Worker with vulnerable adults.
• Experience supporting adults with a range of support needs.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Access to own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between properties in Birmingham and Solihull.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PDF documents.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to vulnerable adults.
• Carry out welfare checks and support sessions; help residents achieve goals and independence.
• Maintain resident records and support notes; report safeguarding concerns.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure property is clean and safe.
• Manage day-to-day administration, organise documents, and track repairs.
