Job summary

Cera Care Ltd in Widnes is seeking caring individuals to join our community-based home care team. You’ll support clients in their own homes with personal care, medications, and meals, visiting multiple clients across Ditton, Hough Green, Farnworth and surrounding areas.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. We power your role with Cera Tech to reduce admin and help prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or willingness to learn is welcome.
• Ability to support with personal care and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, medications and meals.
• Visit clients in their own homes across specified areas.
• Travel between client visits and maintain safe, respectful care.

The Role: Supporting clients in Ditton, Hough Green, Farnworth, Halton View, Halebank, West Bank and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
