Cera Care Ltd is seeking a caring, reliable Carer to support clients in Congleton and surrounding areas. You'll assist with personal care, meals, and medications in clients' homes, visiting across Middlewich, Sandbach, and Congleton with a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The Role:

Supporting clients in Middlewich, Sandbach, Congleton and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
