Job Overview
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a team to create a safe and welcoming environment for young people within housing projects and the community. Your role will involve helping young people navigate the housing pathway to improve their quality of life and independence.
DUTIES
- Support young people in housing and community settings to develop skills for independent living.
- Assist in providing support across areas, including accommodation and community work, helping those not housed to identify, secure, and set up housing for independent living.
- Support young people through each stage of their engagement with the organization, promoting progress along the housing pathway to enhance their well-being across the five outcomes: Being Healthy, Staying Safe, Enjoying and Achieving, Making a Positive Contribution, and Economic Well-being.
- Perform Housing Management duties such as administration, rent collection, reporting repairs, health and safety tasks, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for clients and staff.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Must have a Full Driver’s License and Access to a Vehicle.
