Qualifications

About the role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing comprehensive care and support. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the delivery of assessed care and support, ensuring that dignity and self-esteem are upheld throughout. You’ll actively engage individuals in decision-making processes, nurturing their autonomy and empowerment. Encouraging participation in social activities and community engagement will be pivotal in promoting holistic well-being. Additionally, your contribution to care and service planning, attendance at meetings, and valuable insights during care reviews will be integral.
