Job summary

Making Space is seeking a dedicated Waking Nights Support Worker for Swallow Lodge in Lincolnshire (LN6 8UZ). The role is full-time, on-site, with a pay rate of £13.12 per hour and a 35-hour week.

We have an opportunity available for a Waking Nights Support Worker to join the team at Swallow Lodge based in Lincolnshire, LN6 8UZ.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with adults living with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person‑centred basis. You will be there to ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care, and you'll help encourage and develop new skills through a variety of different activities.

In this role, you will work waking nights and be responsible for providing excellent care to your residents. Your duties will include administering medication, carrying out personal care tasks, conducting security checks, and performing domestic tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring that your residents are safe, comfortable, and most importantly happy.

Qualifications
