Making Space in Lincoln, LN6 8AP, is seeking a Support Worker for our Community Supported Living service, The Haven. The role focuses on person-centered support to help adults live independently and work towards independent accommodation.
You will assist with medication, community access, and daily tasks. No formal qualifications required; comprehensive on-the-job training and opportunities to gain qualifications in Health and Social Care are provided.

We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. Patience and a sense of humour are also key qualities we're looking for, so if you're someone who represents these traits.
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
