We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker join the team at Silver Street Respite Service based in Barnsley, S75 3NP.
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: 35 weekly

Your role will involve providing exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges.
You will provide personal care, administer medication and assist with domestic tasks. With your kind and compassionate heart, you will create an environment of warmth and care that will make service users feel seen and valued.
As a tailor-made supporter, you will have the opportunity to adjust your approach to each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible. It's important to note that experience in the Health and Social Care sector is essential for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
