Job summary

Lifeways Group in Twickenham is seeking caring and courageous Support Workers to join our 24/7 care setting for adults with learning disabilities. You will provide person-centred support with empathy and respect, delivering daily living assistance and ensuring safety.

We offer training, including NAPPI, ongoing support, and a welcoming team culture where every moment matters. A full UK driving licence is required to drive company vehicles; day shifts and alternate weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant.
• Full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Commitment to person-centred care with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting.
• Provide daily living support with dignity and respect.
• Participate in training and development including NAPPI.

Shift Pattern

Day shifts across Monday-Sunday, between 7am – 10pm, working alternate weekends
