Job summary

Lifeways Group in Twickenham is seeking caring and courageous Support Workers to join our 24/7 care team. This bank/sessional role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, providing person-centred care and ensuring safety across day shifts.

Full UK Driving Licence is required to operate company vehicles. Training including NAPPI is provided, with ongoing support to develop your skills, and access to recognised qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant.
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence – you’ll be driving company vehicles.
• Committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting.
• Provide full training including NAPPI and ongoing development support.
• Drive company vehicles as required for the role.

Shift Pattern: Day shifts across Monday-Sunday, between 7am – 10pm, working alternate weekends
