Optalis is the Adult Social Care delivery partner serving Wokingham Borough Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council. We are seeking Support Workers in Maidenhead to provide compassionate care and practical assistance to individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiversity in and around Maidenhead.

We offer classroom-based training at our Head Office in Wokingham, shadowing with experienced teams, DBS clearance, and clear pathways for development and progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiversity in Maidenhead.
• Roles marked as (D) include driving responsibilities; a valid UK driving licence is required.
