Job summary

Lifeways Group in Tonbridge is looking for a Care Support Worker to help young adults with complex needs, including mental health conditions, autism and learning disabilities, across Kent. You will support daily living tasks and promote independence with dignity.

The role offers £13.45 per hour for 37.5 hours a week, with shifts from 7:30am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to 10:30pm, and overtime often available. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to reach service users.
