Job summary

Lifeways in Maidstone is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Norman Close on a rota basis, delivering care and support 24/7 to help people live independently. You’ll be friendly, patient, flexible and reliable, with a can-do attitude, and you must be confident in cooking and hold a full UK driving licence to drive mobility vehicles.

Support Worker – Lifeways - Norman Close

£13.45 per hour | Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: 7:00am–2:30pm / 2:30pm–10:00pm plus sleep-ins

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis and must be fully flexible to work either shift.

What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker, you’ll work on a rota basis providing care and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll assist with daily living, cooking, personal care, and social activities—bringing stability and joy to those we support.
