An exciting opportunity has arisen at Kent County Council's Enablement & Support Services.
We are looking for a Permanent Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities through a person-centred approach, focusing on the outcomes for the individual. This role promotes social inclusion, rights, and choices, leading to increased independence and fulfilled lives.
You will have a flexible approach to supporting people to access activities and participate fully in their local community. We also support individuals with more complex support and communication needs, and you may be required to provide support with some personal care tasks including continence and nutrition. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be provided with access to a vast range of training, support to learn, develop, and gain new skills, enabling you to become part of a professional, creative, and motivated team.
