We deliver a person-centred service to clients in their own flats within a new 13-flat scheme, supporting clients to live as independently as possible. The Support Worker Waking Nights role may involve personal care, night-time observations, medication support, and assistance to clients with Autism, Aspergers, Acquired Brain Injury, and Learning Difficulties. All person-specific training will be provided, along with paid shadow shifts.
We seek Support Workers interested in learning or expanding their knowledge in the care sector. Experience in the specific areas is not required but is advantageous. Driving is not essential but desirable. The key qualities are the right values and a desire to make a difference. You will be based in one building, with opportunities for waking night shifts and sleep-in shifts, which will be discussed at interview.
Positions are available in the Lancaster area. Candidates must be over 18. The shift pattern is mainly waking nights, with overtime available for suitable candidates. Flexibility is important.
