Job Role: Learning Disability Support Worker

Service: LF Road Community Support

Hours per week: 10 hours (Tuesday 4pm to 11pm sleep 7am-10am.)

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Location: Orford, Warrington

About LF Road

Longfield, located in Orford, supports one female living in her own house with learning disabilities. She is very capable and loving. Sleep-ins are from 11pm - 7am, with your own bed and private area provided.

A Day in the Life of a Learning Disability Support Worker

As a Support Worker, no two days are alike. Our approach is person-centered, tailored to each individual's needs. We focus on positive outcomes, celebrating milestones, and providing comprehensive training to assist with personal care, behavioral support, fostering independence, and effective communication.
