Hallfield Houseis a beautifully converted building offeringseven spacious supported-living apartments, includingone wheelchair-accessible home. Each apartment provides anopen-plan kitchen and living area, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom, withwhite goods included, andassistive technology tailored to individual needs.
The service promotes independence while offering the reassurance of support on hand. People benefit from a balance ofprivate spaceandcommunity living, with a peaceful outdoor area andon-site parking for seven cars.
Hallfield House is ideally placedclose to Stockport town centre, within easy reach of shops, restaurants, pubs, banks, libraries and post offices. The nearbyStockport train stationprovides regular connections to Manchester and beyond.

As a Support Worker, you'll ensure individuals lead meaningful, valued lives — helping them reach their potential and supporting them to achieve to the best of their ability.
