Lifeways Group in Stockport is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities and autism to live more independently. Join Hallfield House to provide calm, nurturing, community-focused support and help residents build confidence and life skills.

This full-time role involves 37.5 hours weekly with shifts 8:00am–10:00pm, including weekends. You’ll work with a collaborative team, receive ongoing training and have access to career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
• Support individuals with hobbies, community participation and daily routines
• Assist with life skills such as cooking, money management and social interaction
• Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans
