Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work in SEN schools across Penarth and Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils who need extra support to thrive in their education.
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning materials as needed.
Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to support each child's individual needs.
Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable.
A positive, patient, and resilient approach.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
Right to work in the UK.
Competitive daily pay starting from £89.38 per day.
