An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to engage with children facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This role involves providing tailored behaviour interventions and ensuring the safety of children with Autism and challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have experience managing such behaviours and be available for full-time work during term time. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while working in a supportive environment.

Employment Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Working Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Salary: £ - £ per hour
The role involves working on a 1:1 basis with children who exhibit challenging behaviour, have SEMH, Autism, and have been through the care system. You will be responsible for providing individualized behaviour interventions and ensuring the child's safety at all times.
