Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with diverse and complex needs in East Lancashire. Roles include personal care, meals, appointments, and community activities, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity.

Shifts run typically 8:00am–10:00pm, Monday–Sunday, with sleep-ins and weekends as required. DBS check is funded, and funded qualifications are provided to support your professional development.

As a Support Worker in East Lancashire, you’ll be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. Lifeways support is designed around each individual’s preferences, routines and aspirations.
