Job summary

Lifeways Group in East Lancashire is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs to live independently in Accrington, Burnley, Colne or Nelson. You will deliver person-centred support in daily living, encourage wellbeing, assist with appointments and community activities, and maintain accurate records and care plans to help each person thrive.

Shifts run sessionally from 8:00am to 10:00pm across Monday to Sunday, with a strong

What You’ll Do

Shift Patterns

Sessional/bank hours, shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.
