Role: Residential Support Worker Children and Young People
Location: Rushden NN10 - MUST BE A DRIVER
Pay: TBC
Contract: Temporary/Perm
Hours: Day shift and Sleep in's

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team providing essential care for young residents.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the young people with day-to-day activities, including personal care, education, and social engagement.

  • Support with day and sleep-in shifts as part of your role, ensuring the safety and well-being of the resident overnight.

  • Work as part of a therapeutic care team, delivering tailored support to help the young people thrive.


Requirements:

  • Previous therapeutic care experience is desirable.
  • A valid driver's license is required for this position.
  • Up to date Enhanced DBS Adult/Child workforce, must be on the update service.
