Job summary

Action4Care are recruiting passionate and proactive support workers to assist vulnerable adults in a shared residential home setting. You will help with day-to-day activities in the home and community, including personal care, meals, shopping and light cleaning, while fostering independence.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in home and community activities.
